This was awesome. I love how you told us the parts of your routine that were sub-optimal (like snoozing the alarm, and feeling like you’re not great at meditating) while also inspiring us with the parts that are functioning very well. It was the perfect combo of unbeguiling relatable self-disclosure and leading by example. I just loved this article.
My biggest personal takeaway is the high-focus and low-focus tasks! Doing one each per day, divided between a meal break. I might try something like that!
Also what you said about quitting planning. Instead, just making the most rudimentary to-do lists and taking action.
