This piece by Jessica Wildfire was such a great validation of everything I have been learning. The list of 4 responses to negative thoughts was such a perfect succinct illustration. And everybody’s responses gave me additional ideas and were so beautiful. Thank you. I have tended to spend a lot of time processing my negative emotions (number 4), so I want to challenge myself to do number 3 more. Observe and enjoy my negative feelings while continuing to take action!
