Thank you, Reverie! I am not sure how to define the inner dialogues I do, since I’ve learned the concept from various places. I got a certification in Lion Goodman’s method called Clear Beliefs, which incorporates Voice Dialogue. Blogger Steve Pavlina has influenced me as well; he often recommends personifying parts of oneself to gain personal insight.
