And what you said about preferring distance over intimacy... Recently I practically "fell in love" with an ASMR Boyfriend on YouTube. It was alluring to have that virtual experience of connection, without the real juice of a live human relationship that is uncontrollable and always changing... I may not be a Facebook feed scroller anymore, but I still have my work cut out for me!
